Most of our brands are delivered free of charge, there are small amount of Brands that will incur a small fee:

We Ship by: Register Post (Free)
Sometimes there will be upto 3 seperate delivers at one delivery cost.
There is now a $10.00 surcharge (maximum) on all Fragrance/Perfume purchase.
For orders of fragrances only, restraints on international deliveries of fragrances due to alcohol content mean these items must be shipped separately with delivery normally 2-4 days after skincare, makeup and body care.
However, if your order is a combination of skincare/makeup AND fragrance, then shipping is still FREE.
Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

Orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination.
Local postal service will deliver to your home address and a signature is required for delivery.
We do not deliver to Non Registered Post, P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses.

We cannot express Fragrance/Perfume. Some times customs can hold up this service, or no one is at home to sign for the parcel.
Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order please note that there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

Processing Time:
Orders received between Monday and Friday (AEST) are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by the end of Monday.
Important Notice re: Customs Fees
Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, so PLEASE do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we cannot do it! Thanks for understanding.
Delivery
Most of our Brands are delivered FREE of charge there are certain brands that may incur a small fee. Not all of our delivery options are available to all areas of the World. We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our delivery options for full details. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries however you will only incur one delivery charge. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. Time is not of the essence.
Upon delivery of the merchandise to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your merchandise.
acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgment, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at info@senseonline.com.au quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Returns
Tzar hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please view our returns policy and procedure for full details of how to return your goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
